Hello! We are seeking an individual to join our team! The position is part-time to start, with opportunities for future growth.

Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to inventory management, restocking and keeping track of floor inventory, working with our various computer systems as well as cashier duties, assist customers with creative solutions or direct them on the correct materials, handle operational tasks such as set up displays, computer work, inventory work, cleaning and other behind-the-scenes tasks involved with running a retail operation. You may be asked to assist with jewelry repair or sign people up for private lessons.

• Saturday (between the hours of 10:00am-6:00pm)
• (at least 2 of the following days) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from (2:00pm-6:00pm)
• Possibly Sundays (12:00-4:00pm)
• May be required to work up to 25 hours/week.

• Black Friday (just after Thanksgiving)
• Week before & after Christmas
• Being able to be on call is helpful as well, but not necessary.

• Excellent organization skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality
• Previous beading experience (Does not have to be extensive or professional, but at least some experience is needed in order to help customers with their beading and/or jewelry repair questions.)
• Good computer skills (a Windows + Mac operating system will be provided in-shop)

• Strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, bend over to reach items and climb ladders in order to do floor displays, backroom activities and light store maintenance

• Ability to work harmoniously within a team
• Tendency to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Willingness to do a variety of tasks to keep the business functioning

Compensation depends on experience.

EDUCATION: High school or equivalent, must be 18 or older.
